One of the best Xi’an Cold Skin Noodles 西安凉皮 that makes it right. The Beef Cumin Bao is also very good. Not to mention how tasty the Lamb Noodle Soup was. This place deserves more attention.

Really awesome options for vegetarians. The owner is very friendly and attentive. Favorite was the cold skin noodles.

The restaurant owners are so dedicated they shipped the specialty vinegar for their dishes straight from China . Loads of authentic xi a food, not that I would know, not from there, but it tasted fire

Very tasty food! The owners were very helpful with the menu and patient with us. We came 30 minutes before closing and told us to don't rush even after closing! The food was very flavorful, highly recommend the beef cumin bao. The bread to meat ratio was perfect! The lamb noodle soup was very tasty too!

Very authentic and good northwestern Chinese food. Not greasy. You can choose all lean meat option for the famous JiaMo. Noodles are handmade with good veggies and meat sauce. The only complaint is the long wait time. Service is friendly. Price is higher than other places, but the quality is worthy.

Amazing food. Thick noodles. Nice and spicy. Big portions. Will return.

Best lamb pao mo around. Good price with big portions. Broth is light yet flavour—not overly greasy or gamey in taste. The flatbread is also well soaked in the broth that it absorbed the flavours well (another place nearby had dry flatbread instead). Looking forward to returning in the future for their biang biang noodles. Currently only accepting cash, WeChat Pay, and e-transfer. Credit card doesn’t seem to be an option.

Small place located in a strip mall. Nice lady took our order and served us throughout the meal. The food was very tasty and not too oily. We had the shredded potatoe, dumplings and two noodle dishes. I love the thick flat noodles... lookingnforward to my next visit to try other food items.
